About Management

The management of the college consists of members from different casts having different political shades. The working of the management is quit transparent & democratic . The unique feature of it is that, there is not a single relative of any of the management members on the teaching staff. The teachers are recruited purely on merit basis. The management always encourages the staff members for enriching their knowledge by attending various conferences, refresher courses & providing research facilities. The management is successful in creating a very healthy atmosphere in the college which helps to raise the academic standard of the institution.

Organization and Management:-

1. For efficient monitoring and co-ordination of overall activities and programmers  there is

three tier mechanism.

a) The management

b) The Principal

c) The heads of departments and committees.

2. Local management committee (LMC) has been constituted as per the provisions of

the Maharashtra Universities Act 1994. It Monitors various activities of the college.

i. Various committees have been formed for implementation of the policies.

ii. The Registrar supervises the work of Non- Teaching staff under the guidance of the Principal and Vice- Principal.

iii. There is a special committee for preparing academic calendar. It prepares academic calendar as per the guide lines of the University.

iv. College has been providing computer training to Non-Teaching staff.

v. College provides various welfare schemes and Loan Schemes to the members of staff.

vi. There is a Grievance Redressed Cell for attending the grievances of the students.

Along with other factors, the management council of the college has been actively engaged in working for the development of the college. The effective management and administration in the true sense are key factor of the success of the college . The management council is as follows:
